Passionate about the healing power of touch, I am a licensed massage therapist with a thirst
for knowledge and a dedication to providing exceptional care. I graduated from Hands On
Approach school of massage in January 2023. I found a job at a spa, but soon realized that
there’s more out there than just swedish and deep tissue, so I started exploring various
modalities. Eager to expand my skill set, I did over 140 hours of continuing education
courses within just one year. With each new technique mastered, I provide personalized and
transformative experiences for my clients. My specialty is medical and prenatal massage. I
enjoy problem solving and helping with recovery or pain maintenance. Join me on this
incredible journey towards holistic well-being and let’s unlock your body’s full potential
together.

I grew up in Bettendorf, Iowa which is part of the Quad Cities, ironically also the birthplace of Chiropractic. I’ve been under care since birth and being well adjusted is part of my life! I received my first adjustment from my Uncle who inspired me to take on Chiropractic as a career. Being under consistent care provided many benefits during a very active childhood that continued on as a multi sport athlete.
I eat, breathe, and live the motto we stand on at Core - Move with PURPOSE. We have three high energy little girls, Mila (9) , Shay (7) and Pippa (3). In my spare time I enjoy as much time with my girls as possible, working out, podcasts/books, golfing, cooking, and exploring new restaurants.

I became a massage therapist because I find joy in helping people feel better. I love that every day of work is a chance to change lives. I feel that my attention to detail, paired with my warmth, friendliness, and empathy, are the foundation to my practice. Clients also frequently tell me that they appreciate how I explain what I’m doing and why in ways that are simple, but thorough. Many clients say that I help them understand their pain in ways that other professionals have not.
I’m excited to be a part of your wellness journey!
